On Line Computing is committed to complying with the Code of Practice for Service Providers and this public statement is made in evidence of that position.

Online Computing has completed the Self-Certification against the 'Code of Practice for Cloud Service Providers' (the 'Code') of the Cloud Industry Forum ('CIF', at www.cloudindustryforum.org), which the mark above demonstrates. Clicking on the mark will take you to the CIF website where supporting information for this Certification is available. On Line Computing is committed to the Code. One of the main objectives of the Code is to help ensure disclosure of essential information so that consumers of Cloud Services can make better business decisions based on this information. The information on this page addresses the public disclosure requirements of the Code.

The Cloud Industry Forum disclaims any and all liability arising out of the use of services or otherwise of certified organizations. Where disclosed information or capabilities as specified by the Code of Practice are essential in purchasing cloud services from a certified organization, it/these should be cited contractually. We confirm that On Line Computing is committed to the principles of Transparency, Capability and Accountability which are embodied in the Cloud Industry Forum’s Code of Practice, because these help create a more trustworthy business environment for cloud-based processing. We confirm that On Line Computing is committed to complying with the specific requirements of the Cloud Industry Forum’s Code of Practice for the period of certification, for the scope defined in the application. The scope of our Self Certification will cover the following online service: Comprehensive End-End Cloud Solution to include but not limited to managed security, hosted desktops on any device anywhere, hosted servers, licensing, hosting of corporate data and line of business apps (ERP, CRM, Finance packages) email, email security, email archiving and backup.

Scope Covered by the Code
The scope of our Self Certification will cover the following service: Comprehensive End-End Cloud Solution to include but not limited to managed security, hosted desktops on any device anywhere, hosted servers, hosting of corporate data and line of business apps (ERP, CRM, Finance packages) email, email security, email archiving and backup.

London Cloud is the platform that facilitates deployment of servers and applications. London Cloud integrates the latest technologies such as virtualisation, cloud computing, and automatic provisioning of applications with on-demand performance. All the technology infrastructure, server hardware, software licensing, and on-going maintenance are bundled together creating a scalable platform to run your business critical applications.
London Cloud is a robust technology that automates business processes and accelerates application delivery.

The platform allows administrators to instantly provision virtual dedicated servers, IT services or business applications on a pay per use model.

For a monthly fee, London Cloud includes new servers, software licensing, storage, virus protection, helpdesk support, PC and server monitoring, backup, intrusion detection, spam and spyware filtration, and more.
The customer does have the ability to restrict the countries where the customer’s primary data is held or processed.  However, On Line Computing may use 3rd party providers outside of our immediate territory for secondary backup purposes. In addition, we will always make available to customers the location where their data is held and the process for retrieval of that data should that be necessary.

Third-Party Coverage Transparency
On Line Computing does not accept indirect responsibility for our suppliers as this is not something we can control. To counter such issues we have purposely chosen to partner with market leaders with a global brand. On Line Computing's suppliers accept no indirect responsibility to our customers. However in the unlikely event of the commercial failure of On Line Computing there is an agreement in place with ChannelCloud UK, our back end Cloud provider of choice www.channelcloud.co.uk, to manage all existing contracts and perform day to day duties in the normal manner until another, appropriate ChannelCloud partner can be engaged.

On Line Computing does not accept indirect responsibility to customers of customers. Each Customer of On Line Computing should have its own procedures in place to deal with such an event.

Security Control Transparency with the Cloud Security Alliance
On Line Computing has not completed the Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire from the Cloud Security Alliance.

Other Extended Commitments to Code of Practice Principles
On Line Computing does not commit to any additional transparency, capability or accountability requirements in addition to those contained directly in this Code of Practice.

Technological Commitments
On Line Computing does not commit to supporting any specific technologies, standards, or inter-operability’s outside of those supported by our primary vendors i.e. Microsoft, Citrix, HP & Cisco.

Existing Certifications
On Line Computing does not hold any additional certifications.
